Qishan Shaozi Noodles

Aug 10, 2014
Qishan Shaozi Noodles is a traditional cooked wheaten food in the Guanzhong Region of Shaanxi Province which dates back to ancient times. This food features long, thin and evenly hand-made noodles, with chili oil floating on the soup surface; the soup tastes sour and spicy and the noodles feel pliable as you swallow them. This traditional local delicacy is suitable for people of all ages. This food plays an important role in the Guanzhong Region because it is consumed on all sorts of important occasions, including weddings, funerals, holidays like the Spring Festival, a baby's first month birthday, elderly people congratulate their birthday, and when people welcome their relatives or friends.
